  • Do you offer personal accident liability insurance for rentals?
    Yes, Personal accident insurance pays for medical bills for only the authorized signed driver on the contrat, passengers are not included. Rates: US$10.00 daily
  • What do I need to rent a car?
    To rent a car, you need the following: 1. A valid driver’s license; and 2. A credit card (Visa, MasterCard), we do not accept American Express
  • What about insurance for the rental car?
    With Phenix Car Rental, you can choose from the following: A Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is additional protection that reduces your liability for damage if your car is damaged. Additional Daily rates: Car: US$15:00 per day SUV: US$18:00 per day Van: US$20:00 per day
  • What about the deposit for the rental car?
    No deposit is required for the rental car. You pay when you arrive in destination
  • What do I do if my vehicle breaks down or I lock my keys in the car?

  • I’d like to return my rental car at an earlier or later point in time. What now?

  • Can I drive to other countries with my rental car?
    You can drive on both sides of the island of Sint Maarten, St Martin with absolutely no issues and no tolls to be paid.
  • Do you rent baby car seats?
    Yes, we do ! Daily rate is $4.00 daily
  • What can I do while in St Maarten, St Martin?
    St. Maarten / St. Martin is a beautiful place, let us help you find the best places to go and where to go have a good time.   • I left something in my rental car. What now?
    We kindly advise that you contact as soon as possible, if you require your item to be sent to you, shipping and admin fees will apply. If you are returning to the island, we will store it for you at no extra cost.
  • What happens when I get a fine?
    You inform us about the fine, we will pay the fine and the amount will be deducted from your credit card.
  • How can I get a copy of the invoice?
    The invoice is automatically sent to the e-mail address you provided.
